Indrajit Chaudhuri is the Chief Executive Officer & Country Director of PCI India. He is a management professional and a development thinker with nearly two decades of experience in conceptualizing, developing, establishing and leading large development initiatives in India and other countries. He leads our responses in the areas of health, nutrition, education, livelihoods, community mobilization, child rights, and gender and so on. Indrajit works closely with the JEEViKA team and has led the development of a model for integrating health and nutrition interventions in community platforms that had shown measurable impact on nutrition indicators. This model is being implemented in Bihar and has been scaled up in other states. Indrajit also specializes in designing strategies for scaling transformative social change and development programs that empower women, girls, and the most underprivileged to better pursue their rights and aspirations. Before PCI, he was associated with CARE, Save the Children, PRADAN among others.
